The Horseshoe King held the coveted title of Current Champ from Tuesday, September 09, 2008 to Tuesday, September 09, 2008, heartily vanquishing The Thumber to earn it. Unfortunately, brutal defeat came soon after, at the merciless hands of Decicorn.

  11. The Thumber's thumb sticks straight up like the stake in horseshoes. When the Horseshoe King throws enough horseshoes around his thumb, the Thumber is effectively neutralized because he can't lift his hand.

    Of course, I'm assuming you're familiar with the game of horseshoes - and if you're not, I could see how this wouldn't make sense.
