No, seriously, what is that coming out of his pants? And is he eating his own brain? Is that how he got his power? Was The Mover defeated by Sylar?
He's not eating his brain, he just has so much brain that it's coming out all over the place.
The "telekinesis" lines coming out of his brain look a lot like "stink lines".
Which makes sense, since he appears to be wearing a 70s style sweatband around his head. I guess he is also a star in the ABA for the Kentucky Colonels.

wow...well, he's certainly very...unique. kind of, um, repulsive, as well. but all in all, great hero!!
