Super Duper Observations and Comments:

Totally radical response.
So many monsters these days.

Oh my, the last 2 are SO geeky. the fact that I can see that tells me how geeky I AM. Oh dear...
Very funny though!

um...Guys? I think I have a Floor Kraken problem. Send help...fast?

Amazing work. I so hope you're planning on putting these all in a book or something. Great stuff :)

Wow, I really love your stuff! I just found out about this site and I am really impressed. Maybe sometime I will try to post something. Awesome work!

Looks like this guy followed the Stork Orc out of the Monstrus Compendium. Another great pun, guys. I was "kraken" up when I read this.

Kevin you always have such great typographic titles to go along with your killer super heros!

love it! and this site, a little humour in my day :)

this is great, first site to check each day! :D love the stylistic differences between the two artists !

Justin - Yeah - Sometimes I think an all "Monster/Villain" version of My Team, Your Team would be a blast! But then I'd miss not being able to post the Glowbos and Hubba Bubbas...

Is the floor kraken by chance related to the house goblin?

Hmmm... well I'd say its closest relation would be the Roof Leek, or the Faulty Wirewolf.

Hmm, this one doesn't appear in my copy of the Monstrous Manual. That gives me pause for thought...Another possible foe, "Monstrous Manuel"

I was imagining the hero that would defeat this one: "The Handyman: there isn't a crack (or Kraken) he can't fix!" The picture would have been the floor, with a giant kraken hole in it, repaired with some glue/nails/etc, using a flattened kraken to fill in most of the space.

Haha - yeah - I was thinking Sutter might go in more of a "carpenter" direction or something while I was drawing it. As of yet though, I don't think there's been an instance where Sutter's answer went where I thought it was going. Which just makes this game more fun.

It is quite fun. This is one of the first three sites I check everyday. (The other two being related: bayoubattle, where I get to try my hand at a similar game, and unshelved.com, where I first learned about your site). My desk is starting to be covered with quick sketches of my own "heros" to beat the ones you all post =)

More like "The Kraken the Floor," amirite?

Nice! Reminds me of H. P. Lovecraft.
